Refund Policy

General Policy

All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Due to the nature of our products, including food, beverage, and alcohol, refunds are limited.

Vending Purchases

If a product is not dispensed or is defective, you may request a refund within 48 hours. Proof of transaction is required.

Delivery Orders

Refunds may be issued if:

  • Order was not delivered
  • Incorrect items were delivered
  • Product arrived damaged

All claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

Age Verification Failure

If an order cannot be completed due to failure to verify age or identity, the order may be canceled. Refunds will be processed minus any applicable fees.

Memberships

Membership fees are non-refundable once activated, unless required by law.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
