Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Wine Country VIP website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by Wine Country VIP (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase alcohol through the Service in the United States. By placing an order, you represent that you meet applicable legal age requirements and that the recipient at the shipping address is also of legal age and able to accept delivery.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Orders & Fulfillment

Wine Country VIP provides a marketplace platform connecting customers with participating wineries. Product availability, pricing, shipping options, and fulfillment are set by individual wineries unless otherwise stated at checkout.

  • We may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent or violate these Terms.
  • Alcohol shipments are subject to state and local laws. Orders may be blocked when shipping to restricted destinations or when volume limits apply.
  • Estimated tax and shipping amounts shown before checkout may change before an order is finalized.

Payments

Payment is processed by our payment partners. You authorize charges for the total shown at checkout, including applicable taxes and shipping. Refunds and returns are handled according to the policies displayed at checkout and on our Support pages, subject to winery and legal requirements.

Wine Club

Wine club memberships, shipment schedules, and cancellation terms are described during enrollment and in account settings. Additional winery-specific terms may apply.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to violate applicable alcohol laws
  • Attempt to circumvent age verification, shipping restrictions, or security controls
  • Interfere with the operation or integrity of the Service
  • Scrape, copy, or misuse content except as permitted by law or with our consent

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, branding, and software, is owned by Wine Country VIP or its licensors. Winery names, logos, and product content remain the property of their respective owners.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Product descriptions and availability are provided by wineries and may change without notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wine Country VIP and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the order giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
