Understand delivery options, state restrictions, and what to expect at checkout.

Shipping overview

Orders are fulfilled by the winery you purchase from. Delivery times, carriers, and available shipping methods depend on the winery, your destination, and product availability. Estimated shipping amounts shown during checkout may change before an order is finalized.

  • Standard shipping typically arrives within 5–7 business days after the order ships.
  • Expedited options may appear at checkout when offered for your order.
  • Tracking details appear in your account when a shipment is on the way.

State restrictions & volume limits

Alcohol shipping is regulated at the federal and state level. Some destinations cannot receive wine shipments, and others limit how much wine may be shipped per order or within a rolling period.

  • If checkout blocks your address, the destination may be restricted or over a permitted volume limit.
  • Try a different eligible shipping address, reduce bottle quantity, or contact the winery for local pickup options when available.
  • Rules vary by state and can change. Checkout applies the restrictions known at the time of purchase.

Permits & age requirements

You must be at least 21 years old to purchase alcohol in the United States. An adult signature is typically required at delivery. Some states require the selling winery to hold a permit for shipments into that state.

If checkout references a permit or license requirement, the winery may not currently ship to that destination through our platform. Contact support@winecountry.5pt.work if you believe this is an error.

Staging & estimate disclaimers

In non-production environments, tax, shipping, and compliance values may be shown for testing only and can differ from enforced checkout totals. Do not rely on staging estimates for production, legal, or compliance decisions.
